SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard shipping window to fulfill an order is 5-7 business days. On rare occasions, we might be running low on a particular model and it could take slightly longer to fulfill your order. But, since each BackSaver is hand crafted right here in Minnesota, we are never too far behind. Rest assured, we will get your BackSaver out to you as quickly as we are able.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy is pretty simple: If you're having any kind of issue with your BackSaver, please reach out to us. We want to make sure customers are happy and that their BackSaver is working as designed. Please contact us with any issues or to discuss returns and exchanges.
